Welcome to our store! We are proud to offer shipping to customers all over the world from our base in New Zealand. Here is our shipping policy:

Processing time for Pre Orders:

Please note that pre-order processing times begin after the pre-order cut-off date specified for the selected item. Once the cut-off date has passed, we'll initiate production for the bulk order, which typically takes 3-4 weeks. After production is completed, there will be an additional 2-3 weeks for shipping. All things considered, we estimate a 4-6 week turnaround time from production to delivery at your doorstep.

If more than 6 weeks have passed for orders shipped within the New Zealand, and 7 weeks have passed for orders shipped globally, please contact us to review the status of your order. Reimbursements will be handled via email if necessary.

Returns policy:

Our policy continues for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was received, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange your products.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return charges. If your item is damaged/used or faulty, please contact us.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your return item has been approved or rejected for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and your payment will automatically be transferred to your credit card within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is forwarded.

If after doing all of this, you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We replace only damaged or defective items. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and is directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the return item, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order dispatched to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.

Shipping:

Thank you for considering our products. We are pleased to inform you that we have partnered with DHL for international shipping and a reliable domestic freight company for local shipments.

Shipping times for domestic orders are typically 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary based on the destination country.

Please note that shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the product and the shipping location. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For large or high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This will ensure that your returned item is received by us and that you receive a timely exchange or refund.
